How to use Vistamaxx

Vistamaxx™ propylene-based elastomers can be used to modify other polymers and compounds. Vistamaxx can be processed in many ways, including:

  • Injection molding
  • Blow molding
  • Foaming
  • Thermoforming
  • Extrusion blow molding

There are also a number of processing benefits that result when using polymers and compounds that contain Vistamaxx propylene-based elastomers, including:

  • No drying required, as it is non-hydroscopic
  • Can be added as a dry blend at the hopper
  • Free-flowing pellets
  • Low-temperature processing, if required

While Vistamaxx propylene-based elastomers provide the opportunity to enhance performance, they also are easy to use and process, providing new possibilities for cost-effectiveness.
